Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
The agreement
By using Stockpile you agree to these terms. Stockpile is provided by Paul Russo ("we," which is optimistic, it's one person and some robots).
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be 13 or older. One account per person; households are for people you actually live with or trust.
Your content
The inventory data and photos you add belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them solely to run the service (sync, sharing, backups). If you contribute a product name or fix to the shared barcode catalog, you grant us a perpetual license to use that contribution in the catalog for all users.
Subscriptions
Stockpile Plus is billed through your Apple ID: $14.99/year auto-renewing, or a $29.99 one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed entirely in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempting to access other households' data, no spamming the shared product catalog with junk, no reverse-engineering the service to harm it. We can suspend accounts that do.
The service
Stockpile is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service and we're not liable for indirect damages. it's an inventory app, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
