Delete your account

Takes about a minute. We don't make it hard.

In the app (fastest)

• Open Stockpile
• Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Confirm. That's it.

What gets deleted

Your account, sign-in credentials, personal profile, and your inventory data. If you're the last member of a household, the household's data is deleted too. If other members remain, items stay with the household but are no longer attributed to you. Anonymous product-catalog contributions (barcode → product name fixes) remain in the shared catalog. Deletion completes within 30 days.

Can't access the app?

Email hello@getstockpile.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it manually within a few days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Apple manages billing. Cancel first: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stockpile.
